 Hi my name is Claude, and I have been a fan of Ellen’s Desserts for the past year now. I don’t know where to begin. What is my favorite Ellen dessert?   Are you kidding. Hands down on all of them. OK! First of all, let me start with the mouth watering cinnamon rolls.  Just take one bite and close your eye’s, yea that’s it remember when they made real fresh baked good’s, soft, chewy, moist with the reach taste of cinnamon and glistening glaze frosting  just busting with flavor, you know that feeling you use to get when you were a child. You start humming and rocking your self back and forth.  YEA! That’s what I’m talking about. I knew you would understand.  This is just to name a few. How about that. Peach Cobbler? Yea! I lick the pan, you would to, slowly removing the fork from my lips as I scrap the peach cobbler juices and crumbs off the end of the fork. Good day in the morning. I have died and went to Haven, you don’t get no closer then this.  Did some one say brownies.   Stop! Stop! Stop! Please. Ellen brownies are to die for. I can’t say enough about Ellen desserts, not to mention her delicious honey monster and dip’s.  PUNCH! …..Now! wait a minute. Hold up. You have to try this punch. NO! all punch drinks are not the same, Not Ellen’s any way. I’ve never tasted any thing like it. Not only does it quiches your thirst. The taste is unbelievable.  Just the right touch of every thing.

Being a single man Ellen baked good’s and delicious dips is the closest  I’ve been to a great baked goods in a long time…….Ellen thank you for the great  desserts and service, …and the good memories of when  people took there time to make food they could be proud of.

"Thank GOD for ms. Ellen desserts!!! They are so great because #1 they are so good #2 I lie and tell everyone in my family I made them and now they think I am a wonderful baker. "Where can I begin? Ms. Ellen's desserts are simply the best! She not only makes wonderful desserts but she is a connoisseur of food. Her oatmeal raisin cookies are to die for and then there's her double chocolate chip cookie w/pecans. Her butter rolls are mouth watering. I usually just eat them right out of the box. I could go on & on but I hope you get the point that 911 desserts are tasteful and made with love. I will say that everyone have their preference when it comes to food but even certain food that I have not been fond of Ms. Ellen has changed my mind. Last but not least is her ""Caramel Cake"" I consider myself to be a lady of a respectable character but that cake will make you say ""DAMN!"" It's that good!!!!"  "Valerie Knuckles" "
